You only have to quote the TOTAL AMOUNT you would charge for completing the WHOLE JOB, NET OF any VAT and EXCLUDING any TRAVEL and OTHER EXPENSES.
Your quote plus any other information provided in your profile (place of residence, qualifications, experience and expertise, etc.) are all the information your potential client will base their decision on when it comes to deciding which quote they will choose and which translator or interpreter they will contact.
DO NOT include any potential travel expenses in your quote: clients naturally tend to choose the interpreter whose place of residence is nearer the place of their mission.
Price is of course a major factor for clients to decide upon. Attractif.biz nevertheless do not position itself as a portal where one might find the cheapest services. On the contrary, it positions itself as a place where one find PROFESSIONAL translators and interpreters where they are needed.
Your quote is a TENTATIVE PRICE based on the information made available to you at the time you submit it. It is not, by definition a final price.
Your FINAL PRICE - as any other contractual term - will have to be agreed upon with your client if and when they contact you.
Your quote is nonetheless binding in the sense that you may not alter it at your convenience once you have been contacted by a client. YOU MAY NOT ALTER YOUR QUOTE, unless the information provided by the client on which it is based prove to be inaccurate, misleading or incomplete.
We therefore advise you NOT TO QUOTE if you do not feel confortable with the available information: indeed, a client has to pay a upfront downpayment equal to 10% (capped at €100 for any quote equal or above €1,000) of your quote in order to get your details.
Although any client who will not place an order to the translator or interpreter they have contacted will be fully refunded whaterver the reason is, we STRONGLY recommand that you stick to your quote unless the information provided by your client prove to be SUBSTANTIALLY different from their original information.
Should your final quote be different from your original one for reasonnable reasons and your client decline to agree upon your final price, the full amount of the paid down payment will be fully refunded.
