Clients who contact you through Attractif.biz are YOUR CLIENTS.
You will directly bill them.
Clients who contact you through our interactive directory have paid a 10% (capped at €100 for quotes over €1,000 or the equivalent in another currency) in order to receive your details.
This down payment serves both as an assertion of the seriousness of your potentiel client and as a way of funding your contibution to Attractif.biz operating costs of the same amount.
Your invoice must therefore mention:
- a) The total amount (excluding VAT, if any) charged, down payment included
- b) The down payment amount (excluding VAT)
- c) The total amount due (a minus b)
- d) The rate and amount of any VAT due
- e) The total amount due (VAT included)
An invoice showing your contribution to Attractif.biz operating costs is sent to you upon request. You then may account the corresponding amount as an expense.
